By making a payment to Digitquo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy. This agreement becomes legally binding once payment is completed. We strongly encourage clients to review this policy carefully before purchasing any service.
3. Nature of Digital Services
All services offered by Digitquo are non-tangible and customized. This means once work begins, our team invests time, tools, and expertise into your project. Unlike physical goods, digital services cannot be returned, which is why refund conditions are stricter compared to product-based businesses.
4. When Refunds May Be Considered
A refund may only be considered in rare situations where Digitquo fails to start or deliver the agreed service without a valid reason. Clients must provide a clear written explanation along with any relevant details. Each request is reviewed carefully before a decision is made.
5. Project Stages and Refund Structure
To ensure fairness, refunds are based on how much work has already been completed:
- Before any work has started: You are eligible for a full refund.
- After initial planning or design work: A partial refund of up to 30% may be granted.
- Once development has started: No refund will be issued, as significant effort has already been invested.
- After final delivery: No refund is possible under any circumstances.
6. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as a change of mind, personal dislike of design after approval, delays caused by the client, or failure to provide required materials such as content, images, or feedback. These situations are outside our responsibility.
7. Client Responsibilities
For a project to run smoothly, the client must provide accurate information, required materials, and timely feedback. Delays caused by lack of communication or incomplete inputs may impact delivery timelines and refund eligibility.
8. Revisions Policy
Instead of refunds, Digitquo focuses on improving the final outcome through revisions. We provide reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure client satisfaction. This approach ensures that the project reaches its best possible result.
9. Subscription and Recurring Services
Services such as SEO, maintenance, and monthly plans are billed in advance. Once a billing cycle begins, the service is considered active and non-refundable. Clients may cancel future billing cycles, but completed periods are not eligible for refunds.
10. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided work has not started. After this period, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on project progress.
11. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that payment gateway charges, taxes, or transaction fees may be deducted from the final refund amount.
12. Limitation of Liability
Digitquo is not responsible for indirect losses such as business interruption, missed opportunities, or revenue loss. Our responsibility is limited strictly to the service provided.
